I would like to configure one pix firewall as a vpn client and the other firewall must authenticate this vpn client.( the second firewall must act as VPN server basically).

Hello amashau,
I do not think this can be done, by why would you want to anyway? Once the "client" PIX has connected to the "server" PIX, it will be devices attached behind the PIXs that communicate, with the PIXs (in effect) acting as routers - hence you will have a LAN-to-LAN topology.

Test first your VPV server and username/password combination with the regular Cisco VPN client
Add this configuration into the Pix acting like a client
vpnclient server
vpnclient mode client-mode
vpnclient vpngroup
vpnclient username
vpnclient enable
I had tested it with the version 6.3.3
Hope it help
