How to Save user credintioals on Anyconnect client

How can I save the User-id and password on Cisco Anyconnect client so it should not ask for user/pass every time machine is restarted

You cannot save the password so that it autofills. That is by design.

Username should be automatically cached unless the admin has overwritten that via policy. the file where it is stored is "preferences.xml" found (by default, on Windows) in the hidden directory:

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Cisco\Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client
