How to setup VPN with RVS4000 router

Hi, this is my first time to setup VPN with my RVS4000 router. Below is my existing setting:

Office:

1. RVS4000 router with VPN (Firmware: 1.1.14)

2. WAN: A.A.A.A

3. Router IP: 192.168.1.1

4. My notebook IP: 192.168.1.100

Home

1. WRT120N

2. WAN: B.B.B.B

3. Router IP: 10.11.19.1

4. My notebook IP: 10.11.19.10

I tried to follow the user guide and I am not sure how to complete the page for IPsec VPN under the tab VPN

What should I input for:

Local Group Setup

1. Local Security Group Type:

2. IP Address:

Remote Group Setup

1. Remote Security Gateway Type:

2. IP Address:

3. Remote Security Group Type:

4. IP Address:

One more question, is it necessary to setup 1 VPN router in my office and another VPN router in my home? or just to setup 1 VPN router in office and install VPN client (e.g. Quick VPN) in my home?
