IGEL Linux ThinClient AnyConnect

Hello,

i have the following error massage at my Anyconnect IGEL ThinClient:

"Automatic profile updates are disabled and the local VPN profile does not match the secure gateway VPN profile."

Anyconnect works from other devices, such as windows, debian etc...

Versions:

IGEL Universal Desktop LX 10.01.310.01

My AnyConnect Version is 4.4.00243

Hi Wendelin Weller,

Try checking the following path on your IGEL, and make sure you don't have any old profile there.

/opt/cisco/anyconnect/profile

How can I test if I use an old profile version (xml)?

i will check the suggested path on the IGEL if you see a .xml profile you can just move it to the desktop and test.

path:

/opt/cisco/anyconnect/profile

Hello, I have the same problem. 

My iGel is: 

IGEL OS runs on Ubuntu

Kernel: 5.12.19

The error is the same, i tried to verify the path provided on this forum but it did not work. Any idea what could be happening?

Has anyone ever gotten Cisco AnyConnect to work on iGel OS?  Is there any documentation on this topic?  We use profiles in cac.  Any documentation on how to install CAC on iGel OS?  Any help would be appreciated.
