Internet Explorer Proxy Setting Not working over AnyConnect

Hi,

We are experiencing an odd issue with AnyConnect, when we connect to our network using AnyConnect and try to use Proxy to get to internet using Mozilla Firefox it works and after proxy authentication, we get to internet and all works fine. However if the try the same with Internet Explorer and Google Chrome, it doesnt even ask for proxy authentication and so no internet access over IE and Chrome.

We have tired on WinXP and Win 7, in IE version 6 through 9, still doesnt work.

How is the proxy settings configured on Firefox, IE and Chrome?

Explicit proxy i assume?

Using PAC file? or using proxy ip address? or automatically detect proxy settings?
