Hello,
I need to know if it is possible to configure cisco routers to create an IPIP (IP in IP) tunnel over an IPSec tunnel, the remote end-points of the two tunnels possibly different. It seems to me that similar functionality can be provided by using GRE over IPsec, but I wish to be able to use a non-cisco device at the other end. Can somebody please help?
Thanks,
Vaibhav

Youll have to use GRE over IPSEC. I dont think IPIP is supported.

On this scenario you will have to stick to the standards (Gre over Ipsec) and that is because you are using an Non-Cisco router at the other end.
