IPSEC between two routers and Cisco VPN client

I am trying to set IPSEC tunnel between two 1710s and cisco VPN client. The hub router has static ip. The clients and other router has dynamic IP. I am able to bring up the tunnel from Cisco VPN client to the hub router. However i am not able to bring up the tunnel between two routers. I am using Funk steel belted Radius for client authentication.

My situation is very similar to one described in article below except that one of my router has dynamic IP and i am using RADIUS authentication rather than local.

Any help is appreciated.

Since your remote router gets it's IP dynamically, only it can initiate the tunnel. The configurations for setting up a VPN tunnel when one of the endpoints has an address dynamically assigned to it is discussed in the document at http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/707/ios_804.html.
