IPsec connection terminated by remote peer

We have several different designated groups set up within our Cisco 3000 concentrator. Most groups have no problems or just the occasional drop of their VPN connection. One particular group has, for the last 3-4 weeks had their connections dropped after they've been logged on for awhile. This is not happening to everyone within that group nor does this occur during an idle session. They are coming in from various ISPs and different parts of the county.

This appears to have begun, which may only be a coincedence, after the last O/S upgrade of our concentrator but again, not everyone is being affected. Drops may occur up to 3 times for a person within a 5 hours period.

Is the VPN settings for each group the same ?

Yes, for the most part the VPN settings are the same for most of the groups. We found that this group did have the idle time set to 30 so we changed to 0 but since sessions have been getting disconnected while they are actually being used, not idle, I don't believe this would make a difference.
