Dears

I wanted to get your support and comments on below symptoms

My FW

encrpt + Decrypt

Encap + Decap

Remote FW

No encrypt + Decrypt

No encap + Decap

in this usually this means issue in remote FW

customer keep defending and arguments 

is there any chance that issue due to my FW

actually there was issue from remote FW, duplicate entry and once removed it was solved

however, same happened before and there was no duplication in entry

So i just want to know is there a chance even 1% that such symptoms might related to my FW
