IPSec VPN over ATM

I have established the IPSec connection over the ATM. However, some traffic cannot pass through to the remote site. The ping testing is fine and they can browse over the Internet. I check the netstat which state that establish, such as terminal service. Please advice.

Please be more specific. What kind of traffic does not pass? What does netstat display? What 2 devices are you using to house the VPN?

Actually just only ping, telnet and pass through to the remote site. On the message of netstat, it show establish. We are connected with 1712 (PPPoE) and 1721 (ATM). I found some article which mentioned about the MTU value on the ATM side. If yes, do you know what is the MTU value in Singapore which is using the iLink 256K/512K. Please advice. Thanks.
