Ipsec with Queueing and Compression

I would like to ask 2 questions.

1)If queueing take place before ipsec or the oposite

2)If there is any way to compress ipsec packets without hardware accelarator?

Concerning (1) : queueing takes place after ipsec

This means that congestion management QoS

technologies like CBWFQ and LLQ also take

place after ipsec. If you want to do QoS

based on classification of the original

(non encrypted) IP packets, then you need to

use the "QoS for Private Virtual Networks"

IOS feature.

Concerning (1) i have iplement custom queueing so if i don't want to clasificate the orifinal ip packet i need to make a custom-queueing list with the two peerw of the ipsec tunnel.Am i right?

Concerning (2) have you got an idea?
