I have a site to site Ipsec VPN configured on a cisco router. so can you configure L2tp/IPsec Remote Access Vpn on same router so that i can use both. If yes what changes do i have to make.

Hi ,
Yes you can configure both site to site and L2TP on same router.
In this case, site to site VPN will use static crypto map entry and L2TP will use dynamic crypto map entry.

Here is a configuration document for L2TP on router. For ASA, follow this document.
