IPV6 and Cisco Any Connect client

Queston,

Our Business Network is setup for Just IPV4. I'm curious, How does the Cisco Any Connect deal with a typical worker who is Remote and using their home Network.  Ex - teams.Microsoft.com has both IPV4 and IPV6 functionalities. 

Our ASA isnt setup for IPV6

Can I monitor that Activity up to the point that it is blocked? Will Dart, Fiddler or Shark show me anything?
