Is it possible to set fixed bandwidth for Site to Site VPN ?

Hi all,

I have ASA 5505 which is running Site to Site VPN and i use One Mbps Internet Connection. My question is " can i set fixed bandwidth for VPN and others for internet usage ??? "

I do not believe you can set fixed bandwidth for L2L Vpns but you can definatetely  classify   VPN traffic criteria to allocate bandwidth , have you come accoss this link bellow ?
