ISDN dial-up problems

Hello everyone,

We have a 3620 router with 2 PRI Lines that acts as a dial-up server. When someone calls from a PSTN line everything is OK. When someone tries to connect via an ISDN line he manages to complete the authorization-authentication phase successfully and he may start using the Internet. Sometimes and at random intervals the connection stops sending data without the user being disconnected (the user is not idle at that time). This could happen immediately after he is authenticated or after a random period of time (30min or 1 hour or never) while he is ‘surfing’. The connection remains active and if the user wants to use the network has to disconnect on his own and reconnect (everything may be fine after the reconnection or this could happen again). The same user at the same time with PSTN line has no problems.

What could possibly be wrong?

We followed the troubleshooting flowcharts proposed by Cisco and debugged almost everything, but everything seems to work properly.

Thank you in advance for your time. We are looking forward for your reply!
