I have a user within our company who has been working at an off site location.
We use AnyConnect VPN (V 4.10.05111), which allows our users to work anywhere, however, the third party network will not allow them access to the internet when they connect there. Currently they have to use a hotspot which is not ideal, and the Umbrella team have made no changes to egress addresses or any configurations to our current setup. The third party use Helios and ZScaler. The issue is with multiple users, however, this specific user has had issues since July time.
Just wondering if anyone else has this issue, or can advise.
