Hi All,

I have a 5515-x Cisco asa and want to setup vpn connection for an application that will be used on

Android Phones. I got an idea of Anyconnect. What is needed to setup this VPN

and how to set it.

Is there any tool to use in order to set a vpn connection on asa for Android Phones?

Any help is very appreciated

Any of the current AnyConnect license types will suffice. Plus, Apex and VPN Only all include mobile device support.

There used to be a separate AnyConnect feature license for Mobile but that was deprecated with the new licensing scheme in Anyconnect 4.x.

The headed (ASA) setup is indifferent to the remote device type. For VPN features, you set it up the same whether your clients are Android, iOS, Windows, Mac OS X or Linux.

Hi,

You'll probably need the AnyConnect Plus license, information here. This license provides VPN functionality for PC and mobile platforms. Best you confirm with your Cisco Partner when ordering.
