max ipsec peer for pix 501

I need to know how many ipsec 3DES peers can have a pix 501

CCO says

Simultaneous VPN peers: 5*

* Maximum number of simultaneous VPN/IKE Security Associations (SAs)

supported

That's not clear to me.Can i have 5 remote ipsec site?

or does it depend on SA number (1 isakmp SA and 2 IPSEC SA at least by remote

site)?

It's 5 different peers, not 5 total SA's. So you'll actually have around 15 SA's to the 5 peers, assuming one ISAKMP and 2 IPSec.
