I'm looking for a Tool or other possibilities to measure Average Delay and Throughput of DMVPN and P2P Tunnels, Thanks!

CSM is a add on, one many engineers think is an unfunctional product.

try the simple yet effective IP SLA's and EEM monitoring functionality built into IOS.

You can configure some IP SLA's for ping threshold you deem acceptable, etc., configure a tracked object, then configure an EEM script that fires off and can email you when the tracked sla has exceeded its threshold..

Another option is to use a stable third party monitoring tool such as opmanager manage engine and monitor the tunnel's.
