Hello, I have 25 remote cameras that need to be integrated to the network head office. The solution that is been implemented is through 4G Teltonika Routers (RUT240) connected to each camera, linking each camera to the mobile internet. I need to create 25 tunnels between my Cisco 2800 router and each Teltonika router. The RUT240 router doesn't support GRE over IPSec, so I'm using just GRE tunnels for now.
I know that the ideal solution for this scenario is through DMVPN, but I know that the RUT240 doesn't support it as well.
I thought that maybe if just the HUB side supports DMVPN, the solution could be used, with the SPOKES using GRE tunnels. I'm new with VPN, so maybe that doesn't make any sense.
Can anyone give me some light on this? Is the 25 tunnels the best solution for this scenario? What other options do I have? This number of tunnels can overload the router in any sense?
