hello there.
first off all sorry for my language - english is not my native and cisco support section really sucks ( its even worst than huawei support)
pls help, i am in desperation.
i want to upgrade my asa5505 sofware from 8.2 (1) to 8.2(2).
1. i created an account at cisco.com (coz they does not provide downloads in usual way, like many companies in they download drivers/software section).
2. when iam tryn Download software direct from asa (tools->download upgrade) - got login failed
3. when tryn download from here, got even better (picture attached)
4. can anyone provide clear instructions how to download that damn file (https://software.cisco.com/download/release.html?mdfid=279916854&release=8.2.2.ED&softwareid=280775065&sortparam= )?

Cisco software downloads are not free.
Unless you have a service contract, you have no automatic right to download software updates.

Cisco software downloads are not free.
Unless you have a service contract, you have no automatic right to download software updates.
