No internet without VPN enabled

I am looking for a way to force my remote users to use the VPN client. Currently, if they do not use the VPN client they can still get to the internet. I wish to make it impossible for them to get to the internet without connecting to the VPN. I am worried about wireless users not encrypting traffic to say hotmail.com. We are using VPN client v 4.6.04.0043 and VPN concentrator 3020. Thanks

one simple way is to setup a proxy behind the concentrator and block internet access at the remote site.

when the user connects to the vpn, the pc then access the internet via the private proxy.
