Persistent VPN on an ASA5505 and a PIX 501

I am familiar with connecting ASA's together. Now I need to connect a remote office to a host office using a PIX 501 on at the remote and an ASA at the host location.

The PIX will have a Dynamic Outside IP with a 192.168.10.x inside network and the host has a Static Outside and a 192.168.0.x inside network. What do I have to configure, via CLI on the PIX to match my ASDM Configured ASA?

I assume that you have PIX version 6.x, otherwise, if it's 7.x or higher then the configuration would be the same as the ASA.
