ping can not go through MPLS VPN Backbone

diagram is :2600(ce)--3640(pe)--7500(p)--ATM--7200(p)--3640(pe)--2600(ce), all connections is FastEthernet except 7500--ATM--7200.It can get vpn routes at the 2600(ce) routers, but ping can not go through the MPLS VPN Backbone.

If diagram change to 3640(ce1)&2600(ce2)--7500(pe)--ATM--7200(pe)--3640(ce1)&2600(ce2), all things is okey.

Please give me some advice.

I Have got the point, because of IOS Bug of 3640, when it is upgraded to 12.1(5.3)t, all things fine, may be 12.1(6) is okey, but I do not try.

It’s necessary to look at your configs and debugs to determine the root cause of this problem. I’d suggest calling your Cisco engineer to help you out with this one.
