Sure, sometimes the TCP session breaks and needs to re-established.

Nope. If you start getting hundreds of these in a short period of time you may want to investigate the two hosts.

How can I find out the two hosts?

show conn

You can get further info from show conn, I just don't know it off the top of my head. A show conn ? will help or you can use the configuration guide (search cisco for ASA configuration guide).
