PIX515E with ISA 2006

Dears,

i have PIX 515E connected to ISA 2006.

the users go to Internet through the both.

suddenly,the users get a message "Connection refused" on the browser.when i issue"clear xlate" command on the PIX the problem is sloved for some hours and appeared again especially in rush hours.

Hi,

Have you configured NAT on PIX 515E. If yes, it might be creating problem.

Since ISA is also NATing traffic acting as a proxy and again PIX is also performing NAT operation on the traffic.

This is Double NAT.

You should try to remove NAT on PIX.

You can also test it by temporarily bypassing ISA Server
