POD in cisco 3845 to Radius Server

I have configured my Cisco 3845  with the POD COnfiguration as follows:

aaa server radius dynamic-author
server-key 7 023653582B265F645D
port 3799
auth-type all

I get the following Error:

No Matching Session

Can someone help me resolve? Is there something i have missed?

Radius protocol typically uses port 1645 or 1812 for authentication. However, you have configured port 3799. What radius server are you authenticating to, and what port does the radius server listen to?
