Posture Assessment Failed: Hostcan Initialize Error Under Bootcamp Windows 8.1

On my Mac bootcamp Windows 8.1 partition with AnyConnect 3.1.03103 I get "Posture Assessment Failed: Hostcan Initialize Error". I have extracted some items from logs I think might be useful. Any ideas? Thank you!
