Problem with ATT@Home and VPN

I’m having trouble with VPN users that use ATT@home as their ISP. It started last week and does not effect dialup or DSL users. We use..

Cisco VPN client 3.xx

Cisco VPN Concentrator 3030

Cisco Secure ACS for NT (authentication)

The offending clients connect to the VPN 3030 are authenticated via the ACS server and then time out. This is what I see in the VPN concentrator log…

1526 09/10/2001 08:38:34.680 SEV=4 IKE/52 RPT=56 xx.x.130.137 Group [GroupName] User [Username] User (username) authenticated. 1527

09/10/2001 08:39:16.010 SEV=4 IKE/1 RPT=91 xx.x.130.137 Group [GroupName] User [UserName] IKE session establishment timed out, aborting!

Any ideas?

Thanks

You could try configuring for NAT transparency. AT&T might be blocking certain IP Protocols. I use @Home with the VPN client in NAT transparency mode and it works perfectly every time.
