@malshajayasinghe do you tunnel all traffic or are you using split tunnel?
Do you have a NAT exemption rule to ensure traffic between the internal network (including the servers) and the RAVPN IP pool is not unintentially translated? This is generally a problem.
Example: nat (inside,outside) source static LAN LAN destination static RAVPN RAVPN
If you cannot SSH to the servers, can you ping anything on the internal LAN? If not have you checked the servers do not have a host firewall that could be blocking traffic from the RAVPN IP pool?
