Problem with VPN access

VPN connection PIX 6.2 real implementation on customer site on ADSL doesn't work but tried on simulation it just work,is it line provided by ISP having problem?I was unable to surf net as usual.

maybe your isp is not allow vpn to goes thru...check with them and see what they said.

Unable to surf net just means that you might not have had split tunnelling enabled. Could you access internal server resources?
