This is a syslog message from our 3060 Concentrator. The message pertains to clients who do get connected, but this messages appears periodically, and not associated with any perticular customer.
Could this be due to basic network connectivity issues?

According to these URLs:
it may be that the user's password does not match what the AAA server has.
I would think that if there is an issue between the 3060 and the AAA server, you would see other messages in the 3060 log. It could be that the user had the caps and/or num lock on, initially and then turning it off upon a failed connection.

I figured it was related to user account, but am curious as to exactly what "Unspecified handle = 406" and Unspecified handle = 407" mean. I should say, my boss wants a more specific answer.
Anyone have access to a list of error messages for VPN Concentrators? I need more detailed explanations of Concentrator log/error messages.
