"get-console" style access for Android?

Hi all,

I've been looking at ways to facilitate remote administration of routers.  I have been experimenting with Redpark Software's Get-Console, and I like it a lot.  The user plugs one end of Redpark's cable in to the serial port of the router, the other end in to an iPhone.  Upon starting the app, the user is given a code.  That code can then be given to a support engineer who can point any browser to get-console.com, enter the code, and be connected with an app that presents console access.

The main issue that I have seen with this package is that it is iPhone/iTouch/iPad only.

Does anyone know if there is something similar for the Android platform?

Thanks for any input.

I know this is late as far as reply's go. The closest thing to that I have found "that works" is using a bluetooth serial adapter. Use the app Bluetooth Terminal Emulator in the android market. I know with the ISR G2 routers they have support to use console via usb. However, drivers plus mini to micro usb would be needed. If cisco would so Graciously hand out an app for ipads and droid tablets that ustilized their usb console that would be the shizy. But we non-code monkeys are forced to scrounge and cobble together crap that works. I will say the Bluetooth Emulator works just fine with my xoom. Which I love as I don't have to cart TONS of crap around on locations. Only draw back copying files down. Wish their were two usb ports on the thing so I could copy from the usbflash0. My jump around this is my phone and a spare 4gb microsd formatted for this use. I copy a licesne file from email to it on the phone plug it in and ready to roll.

I wouldn't recommend this for t-shoot, typing can be painful and sluggish. But upgrades to licenses, modifications to existing items. Small crap == awesome.

I never knew c r a p was such a bad word?
