You can use asdm monitoring TAB , load your asdm and go to Monitorin>VPN>VPN Statistics> Sessions , under Filter by field select Clientss SSL VPN, you can then see Tx/Rx Bytes per SSL VPN session , you can use the refresh key at the bottom of the screen to refresh the bytes received/transmit statistics , with this information you can see how much traffic each session is using.
Another way would be to use managemt software to collect and record these types of information like Cisco Security manager http://www.cisco.com/en/US/partner/products/ps6498/index.html ,
or use Firewall Analyzer http://www.manageengine.com/products/firewall/download.html
As to finding out in real time how much bandwidth each connection is actually using you will need to implement Netflow on a device that supports this feature such as a router behind your firewall , ASA supports netflow but has limitations and do not believe will provide bandtwidth details per connections as a router would. http://www.cisco.com/en/US/partner/products/ps6601/products_ios_protocol_group_home.html
Good luck
