Remote Access using Cisco 2800

I have a Cisco 2800 router configured for async. I want to be able to allow my users to dialup to the Cisco router and authentication to a RSA ACE server. Once authentication has been passed then i want them to be able to access the AD domain.

I can get them to authenticate to the ACE server using their tokens (PIN+Tokencode) but then the username/password windows from their laptops just sets there. I don't get any ppp communication.

My thought

1) can RSA ACE talk PPP or can it be setup to authorise a single device or user group.

2) Has anyone got this to work with only a Cisco router and RSA ACE server?

Any help would be welcome. i can post my configuration and any debug output if needed.

Hi,

Haven't tried this.

But if you have an active maintenance with RSA, you can contact them regarding this. They have a rich knowledgebase on every possible scenario - includes third party configuration (i.e. Cisco, Windows, Unix, etc).
