Remote Desktop through IPSec

Hi, I am learning Cisco and networking, and I am trying to create scenarios to solve. Now I have created two LANs and setup a IPSec tunnel between them. I want to connect to a server on network 10.0.0.0/8 from the computers on subnet 192.168.0.0/25.

The two computers 192.168.0.10 and .11 can ping the server, and "show crypto ipsec sa" shows that packets are encrypted and encapsulated.

The picture sais Linux Clients, but never mind that. In the scenario, all the settings allowing RD on the server is correct. (I am able to connect to it with RDP from the same LAN. How do I proceed to enable Remote Desktop from the two computers, via Internet, into the server?

I picture these clients as thin-clients and the actual work is done via RDP.

Do I use domain? Static route? NAT? I don't know...

Here is a picture of the setup:

I hope this question is easy and clear enough to answer..

Thanks!
