Secure Client cannot connect

Hello,

I'm testing if we can upgrade from Anyconnect to Secure Client and I don't get the client to establish a connection:

Client: Window 10 (with AC 4.10.xxx no Problem) modules installed: Core & SBL

In the network settings of the client, the virtual Anyconnect Interface is disabled, if I force it to enable, it is "not connected"

the Secure Client (Version 5.0.05040) says: connection error

with Wireshark capturing the Ethernet interface I see DNS Resolution for our Gateway and a correct response, but nothing else.

Anti Malware is disabled.

Any other hints?

Hi, which version of FMC/FDM are you on?

Have you checked the version compabillity?

You mean the Headend?

It's a Firepower 2120 with ASA 9.18.3.xxx but I don't come so far: the Client can't establish any connection, the virtual NIC is "disabled" or "disconnected".

I've reinstalled the Client (the OS), and now it works, so it was my fault
