SECURITY ALGORITHMS

Hello,

I would like to know about the H.235 security in Cisco VoIP devices.

I am aware the Cisco uses the MD5 hashing algorithm, and we are dealing with devices using the SHA-1 algorithm for the same purposes.

Is SHA-1 algorithm anyhow supported in Cisco Devices?

Cisco Devices like pix, cvpn3000, routers do use sha-1, switches. If you talking Call manager and the likes, i'm not sure myself. Hope this helps.
