Setting UP IPSEC IKE tunnel between 3030 Concentrator and a Netopia 4652

I will be implementing a Netopia 4652 in one of our remote sites tomorrow, and I am wanting to know the correct way to setup the IPSEC with IKE tunnel on the 3030. I have the step by step instructions to setup the Netopia, but need to ensure that I set up the Concentrator correctly. Any assistance that you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
