What sort of equipment are you using?  Cisco ASA?  Cisco 897 IOS router?

What is the local and remote subnets?  What are the static IP addresses of the VPN concentrators?

It's ASA on my side and Cisco Router on another side

Local Subnet: 10.30.12.0/24

Remote Subnet : 20.10.20.0/24

Static IP Address : 204.123.183.71 (Outside Interface)

                              10.30.12.1 (Inside Interface)

Perhaps there are aspects of this question that I do not properly understand. But it seems fairly straightforward to me. Site to site IPsec VPN between ASA and IOS router is fairly straightforward to configure and has been done many times. In the access list that identifies traffic to be protected in the VPN specify Local LAN to Remote LAN for port 80 and Local LAN to Remote LAN for port 443.
