Site2Site VPN with the same subnet

Is it possible with the ASA 5510 to create a site2site VPN when both sides have the same subnet (see Picture). Side A got a ASA 5510, side B got a Sonicwall, but on both sides the intern-LAN is 192.168.1.0/24
