I'm using AnyConnect 4.2 on Windows 10 version 1607 and when clicking connect it takes almost 2 minutes before I'm prompted to enter passcode (password). Not sure if it was the Win 10 update or a newer build of AnyConnect.
Anyone seeing the same?

I'm running AnyConnect 4.3(1095) with Windows 10 Build 1511 and haven't seen any problems. I believe 1607 is a preview build - yes?
If you have the DART (Diagnostics and Reporting Tool) module installed you might try grabbing a diagnostics dump of the VPN module. If not, you can check the Windows application event log for AnyConnect for any anomalies. (Administrative Tools > Event Viewer > Applications and Services Logs > Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client)

my login takes about 2 minutes and the longest time from this is waiting for some timeout (1 minute and 45 seconds):
