SSL VPN Multi-factor Authentication

Is there any way to implement Multi-factor Authentication with an SSL VPN in client or clientless mode? I would like to use my RSA server as secondary auth, but can't seem to locate any info on how to do this. Thanks for the help.

RSA securid server aka SDI servers in ASA/PIX world can be configured as AAA server:
