I would like to know how I can setup my Cisco RV220W to be a SSL VPN server so that I can connect remotely using a computer or a mobile device.
I read the documentation and am totally confused about the layout portal, vpn policies etc.
Is there anyone kind enough to give be a little assistance on how to set this up?
Previously I was able to setup a PPTP VPN server and connect using QuickVPN software, but the problem was that I was not able to resolve hosts on the internal network. This works a litte different than the Microsoft PPTP server that allows to resolve hosts internally.
Therefore I scrapped this idea and want to configure SSL VPN.
Once SSL VPN server is setup, what ports do I need to open on the router and also do I require Cisco software to use the service?
Will I have to create local users(database inside the router) or can I use my existing active directory users?
