SSL VPN Proxy question

Is there any way I can get clients connected to a proxy to browse the internet? I really dont want to do a split tunnel. I tried this command but it didnt help- http-proxy 10.132.143.21 8080. The users are too lazy to check the proxy settings in IE. Any ideas?

If the clients are connected via VPN then you will have to do split tunnel for them to browse the Internet. Other option would be to get the proxy server do the vpn and all other machines connect via the proxy server which can direct the Internet requests accordingly.
