SSL VPN relay mismatch, you need to log off windows first

Does anyone is aware why the user is getting the error message while accessing the OWA in SSL VPN connection.

We have smart tunnel enabled for the OWA access and we did not see any issues in the VPN infra.

User is using the Windows 7 , Java 8, IE 11 and all the TLS version enabled.

Tried reset with SSL version enabled but the same issue

Also certificate revocation check is enabled.

Could  any one have the same issue faced and got it sorted out?
