Hello,

there is a feature for AnyConnect clients called Start Before Logon (SBL). Implementing this requires some additional configuration on the Windows clients. I found the thread below that has a fairly detailed procedure:

Hello,

it was tested with AnyConnect 3.1, by now you are probably at 4.4. Either way, the script does nt seem to be client specific, the most important thing is the client certificate.

So, give it a try...
