Hi all,
I want to use clientless webvpn to connect to the inside TSWeb on the win 2000 server.
From the inside the TSWeb works normaly, user logs in to the TSWeb site and then click on the application icons that want to use as remote applications (OUTLOOK, EXCEL, etc).
From the outside through webvpn the credentials are posted to the TSWeb site, the user logs in correctly, but on the site the applications are not clickable, there is no buttons just the icon and the name of the remote app.
What could I change on the TSWeb server?
What is wrong?
The ASA version is the 8.2.4, and the TSWeb server is IIS win 2000.
thanks in advance for your help.
Regards
Gabor

Gabor,
(Step 0 - provide screenshot of working and non-working scenario)
Corret me if I'm wrong but TSweb will actually lauch mstsc client on click?
I wonder if the links are posted with DNS names or IP address and if you tried smart tunneling already.

There is no difference between the two scenarios in screenshot.
It seems like something wrong with the javascript "onclick" and "on mouse over" at the webvpn version.
Does it work without the smart tunneling only with activex?
I haven't tried the smart tunneling yet.

Gabor,
I honestly don't keep track of all the apps that work and how over webvpn :{
I would give smart tunneling a try, but I would also remember to smart tunnel all the process involved in exchange, mstsc.exe is one but I believe other are run too.

I have found a solution for TSWeb where was a default.htm on the IIS.
http://www.brianmadden.com/forums/t/20467.aspx
and adding the btnconnect function to the site was helped (year 2006!).
But I checked the IIS and i didn't find default.htm just default.aspx, I think our IIS is newer.
fyi The link on the actual site starts an rdp client with some paramerers of the application.
