tunnel vpn client to site don't work

Hello,

We have in our company a cisco asa 5505 firewall with OS version 8.2(5) . I setup the necessary configuration of a tunnel vpn site to client with the steps in this video  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ff6r_ti3lr4 .  I install a vpn client version 5 in the client desktop but when i setup the vpn client with the necessary parametres the error message with raison 412 appear . I do the necessary desactivation of the firewall of the desktop and the antivirus without any result.

I will be appreciated of all your help.

412 error indicates cannot contact the ASA. I take it normal Internet access is ok through the ASA, and you have Internet access on the client. It might be worth using the AnyConnect SSL vpn client as the ipsec vpn client is no longer supported. you can find on Youtube videos about setting it up. the advantage with AnyConnect, the software resides on the ASA and is downloaded to the client when required.So makes it easy for updating.
