We are using Trustwave to implement a two-factor VPN solution for our business. Our ASA5510 is running version 8.2. I'm able to connect to our VPN with two-factor on a Windows machine just fine but I'm not able to connect with an iOS device or a Mac. I don't want to have to use a third party VPN client if possible. On my iPhone the error I'm getting is "Negotiation with the VPN server failed.". I've got our Trustwave Client cert and my personal cert installed on my iPhone and they both say trusted. In the ASDM I get a flood of errors that say "Phase 1 failure: Mismatched attribute types for class Group Description: Rcv'd: Group 2 Cfg'd: Group 5". They rotate from group 2 to group 5 and group 5 to group 2.
Does anyone have any tips on how to get the native VPN client to work with two-factor authentication on iOS devices and Macs? Thanks!
